Raspberry and Pear Smoothie

Prep time – 3 minutes

I’ve been messing around with a few smoothie variations lately, and this is one of my favourites. I think I nabbed the idea from a veggie restaurant somewhere in London, but unfortunately I can’t remember which one…

Anyway, it’s a simple breakfast or snack, and perfect for a hot summer day, so I thought I’d share it with you.

Great for your health, and it tastes like jam. What more could you want?

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large pear
  • 1 cup of rasberries
  • 2-3 deleg noir dates
  • Ice and water

DIRECTIONS

Chop the pear, and throw everything into the blender. Mix on high for a few minutes, then drink it down.
