Best of health room 2014

Hope the New Year is treating you well, and you’re having fun sticking at your resolutions. Keep that momentum going!

Twenty fourteen was a jam packed year for me. A lot happened, a lot changed, and a lot of opportunities jumped up out of nowhere. I feel blessed to be where I am right now, and I’m grateful for everything that’s gone down, and all the support I’ve had from you readers.

To round off a great twelve months, I thought I’d compile a list of my favourite Health Room posts. A mixture of ones that I enjoyed writing, ones that were popular with you, and some unnoticed articles that I feel could still benefit a lot of people.

Have a scroll through, take what resonates with you, and throw away the rest.
