Like many others, he started his fitness journey spinning wheels, not really getting anywhere for the first ten years. That’s a long time to be training without seeing much in return…

But that all changed in 2014.

After digging into the science behind diet and weight loss, Jay uncovered simple principles that allowed him to hack his fitness, and completely transform his body. Even though he was spending less time in the gym, he went from 18% to 8% body fat over a three month period and felt better than he ever had before.
