Through the weekly HERO Podcast and occasional long-form articles, I explore and share ideas in everything healthy living, human performance and the art of changing habits. Plant-based nutrition, movement, mindfulness, sustainability, creativity, entrepreneurship, adventure and pretty much everything else in-between.

No preaching – that’s the big rule.

My name’s Luke Jones: Online Content Creator, Personal Trainer and the creator of Health Room.

I used to be an unhealthy, stressed out student with no clue how to change my situation. Thankfully, I was able to get past that, and I want to share with you how you can do the same.

I love investigating ways to improve health, simplify, and live mindfully. I live in South Wales, and I’m a graduate of Imperial College London, movement geek, and advocate of eating lots of plants (mainly in the form of burritos).
