Making changes can be scary, especially when it comes to diet and nutrition.
I realise that, so my goal is to make things a little less daunting, and make it as easy as possible for you to transition towards a diet that promotes lasting health and performance. And a big part of that is having food that tastes good, and is easy to make.
So here’s our ever growing list of whole-food, plant based, vegan recipes. All free from animal products. All quick and easy to prepare. All healthy and delicious (even if I say so myself).
Most of the recipes are also gluten free (or can easily be made so), and the majority are free from oils and other processed foods.
